Mina Molavi, President

With 53 years of experience in medical billing and practice management, including roles with Anthem Blue Cross and as billing coordinator at Hoag Hospital, where she oversaw billing and collections for 40 physicians, Mina founded MB Medical Billing Services in March 2004.

The practice grew through client referrals alone, and today MB Medical Billing is based in Orange County, offering clients throughout California full revenue cycle management and practice consulting. Mina holds an MBA from Chapman University and has taught billing and coding at Irvine Career College and American Career College.

After 40 years of experience in medical billing and practice management at premier organizations like Anthem Blue Cross and Hoag Hospital, in March 2004, Mina Molavi opened MB Medical Billing Services, Inc. From humble beginnings starting with one doctor and one computer in small office in Mission Viejo, CA, through hard work and a commitment to our customers, our business started to grow. Our one doctor became two, then four and through client referrals that growth never stopped. As our clientele grew so did our company the services we offer. Today, working out of our corporate office in Newport Beach, we offer our clients full revenue cycle management and practice management consulting. We continue to add and improve upon our services and technology offerings by asking our clients one question, “What would make your job easier?”, and building our services based on their answers.
